                                                          Gary Gee Gary Gee is Snow & Associates’ VP of Finance having spent many years with Bob Snow in a variety of project financing roles, lately with an emphasis on tribal funding opportunities in the resort casino industry. Gary has in excess of 30 years’ sales experience in real estate consulting with emphasis on restructuring of finance with both debt and equity.  He has also developed a national reputation in the debt and equity markets. As President of Gee Consulting in Sarasota, Florida, Gary is involved with the development of hotels, residential sub-divisions, golf courses, and large apartment complexes. Two recent projects involved the development of a $140 million dollar casino project in Colorado and a $120 million dollar hotel in Orlando. Recent focus has been in the gaming and hotel industry as a senior executive of Parallel Partners Group, Palm Beach, Florida. While with Parallel Partners, Gary provided financial services to a wide range of clients on corporate and real estate issues. Real estate projects included re-position or finance efforts of large residential tracts and golf course assets in San Diego,, Barbados, and Florida-based projects.  Efforts on behalf of major developers have included EquityOne, Leucadia, Crosswind Developments, Altman Group, and Genesis Development.  Corporate finance issues in real estate include Scripps ILI, Lehman Brothers, BT Alex Brown, and a number of local developers. Gary was previously licensed in Real Estate, Mortgages, Securities, and all lines of Insurance products including property and casualty life health and annuities.
